Dear Readers, We are pleased to present electronic version of Credit-Rating Monitor - a corporate information bulletin of the nationally recognized Credit-Rating agency. This periodical intends to be one of our communicators with the public, namely with our existing and would-be customers, mass-media, authorities, and features news, analytical reviews, interviews, and highlights in both national and international credit rating markets, as well as in the financial market overall. Being authorized by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market, the agency informs on a monthly basis the financial market audience on all ratings assigned or revised by the agency.
